The City of Houston, defendant below, brings this interlocutory appeal to challenge the trial courts entry of partial judgment in favor of appellees, who are former fire fighters for the City. In its first two issues, the City contends that the trial court erred by improperly denying its plea to the jurisdiction. In its remaining two issues, the City contends that the trial court erred by improperly granting partial judgment on the fire fighters two claims. Finding that the trial court properly denied the Citys plea to the jurisdiction and properly granted partial judgment in the fire fighters favor, we affirm.
